How projects run
Some of it is one project with a clear end, and some of it runs alongside the business for as long as there's a next round worth doing.
The automation and the growth work usually start while the build is still open, so the thing ships already wired up instead of getting retrofitted later.
I work in whatever you already run, whether that's a site someone else built, a codebase you inherited, or a pile of tools that don't talk to each other yet.
You end up with the code, the automations, and the Make or n8n accounts they run on, in your name and documented well enough that nothing breaks the day I stop.
